Roasted and Spiced Pepitas

The perfect salad topper, or an easy and addicting addition to your next cheese board! No matter what you eat these pepitas with, you can’t go wrong!

  • 1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 1/8 scant tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/8 scant tsp. cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tbsp. oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and toss until pepitas are evenly coated with oil and spices.

  3. Place pepitas on the baking sheet in one even layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes, tossing seeds halfway through.

  4. Allow pepitas to cool before serving.
