Sugared Cranberries

Sugared Cranberries

Fitting for a garnish or a gift, these Sugared Cranberries are the perfect holiday pop!

  • 1/2 cup sugar, plus more for rolling

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries

  1. Combing the sugar and water into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar has completely dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat and add cranberries, stirring carefully and coating each one in the sugar mixture.

  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove and transfer to a wire rack (over a sheet of parchment paper or a baking sheet) and allow to dry for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

  4. Once dry, fill a cereal bowl with sugar and roll cranberries in batches. Let sit and dry for 1 hour.
