Gluten Free Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies

A small batch gluten-free chocolate cookie using wholesome, organic ingredients from Brandless.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a medium mixing bowl. Stir gently until all is combined and the dough is smooth.

  3. Form into 2 tbsp. sized balls and place on the baking sheet about 2” apart from one another. Press down each dough ball slightly and top with extra chocolate chunks (optional).

  4. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges have set. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Recipe Notes:

Cookies are best consumed the same day they are baked, but should be stored in an airtight container if kept longer.
