(Un)Fried Ice Cream Balls

(Un)Fried Ice Cream Balls

These Ice Cream Balls are made with a graham cracker, toffee crust but you can get creative and mix up any topping you want!

makes about 4 ice cream balls  |  difficulty level: easy


  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 10 Graham Crackers

  • Toffee Bits (I used this brand)

  • 3 Oreo Cookies

  1. Line a small tray with parchment paper.

  2. Scoop and form ice cream into approx. 2 1/2" balls.

  3. Place into the freezer to firm up while you mix up your topping.

  4. In a food processor, add graham crackers, toffee bits, and oreo cookies. Pulse to crush into fine pieces and transfer to a shallow dish.

  5. Place ice cream balls into the mixture to coat. Press the topping around the outer surface to create a thicker layer.

  6. Garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
