(Un)Fried Ice Cream Balls
These Ice Cream Balls are made with a graham cracker, toffee crust but you can get creative and mix up any topping you want!
makes about 4 ice cream balls | difficulty level: easy
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
10 Graham Crackers
Toffee Bits (I used this brand)
3 Oreo Cookies
Line a small tray with parchment paper.
Scoop and form ice cream into approx. 2 1/2" balls.
Place into the freezer to firm up while you mix up your topping.
In a food processor, add graham crackers, toffee bits, and oreo cookies. Pulse to crush into fine pieces and transfer to a shallow dish.
Place ice cream balls into the mixture to coat. Press the topping around the outer surface to create a thicker layer.
Garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
