Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread

One *secret* ingredient here makes this recipe super duper easy! This pull-apart bread uses a can of buttermilk biscuits and makes for extremely easy prep for a super addictive treat.

  • 1 16 oz. can buttermilk biscuits

  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 2 tbsp. sugar

  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan liberally with non-stick spray.

  2. In a small bowl, combine butter and vanilla, stirring until completely smooth. In another small bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

  3. Next, roll each biscuit into a flattened round disk a little less than 1/4” thick. Brush each biscuit with the vanilla butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Be sure to reserve a little of the cinnamon sugar and vanilla butter for the end.

  4. Fold each round in half, then transfer them to the loaf pan. Brush the tops with the reserved vanilla butter then sprinkle on the rest of the cinnamon sugar.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tops are browned and crispy. Let loaf cool completely before removing from pan.
